QUALIFICATIONS?
Bachelor's Degree required (or in process). An Associate?s degree will be considered with at least 4 years of appropriate / related and successful work experience. ? Experience in a staffing agency strongly recommended ? Experience in Career Services, sales, recruiting, or job placement a plus ? Demonstrated ability to manage and meet placement outcomes ? Proven sales and networking skills, to include heavy phone work ? Ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work flexible schedule ? Ability to assist in motivating and partnering with the team to meet outcomes ? Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills ? Must have strong technical skills including all computer applications, internet research, database management and analytical skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical imaging a plus.

PRIMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
???? Establish and maintain activities to develop, locate, and secure job openings for WCUI graduates.
???? Complies with all Federal, State, Accreditation and institutional policies
???? Able to travel to campuses and organizations within region and reside within the region
???? Initiates and maintains on-going relationships with a variety of business and industry? representatives to promote WCUI graduates to increase placements
???? Conduct marketing calls to potential employers for job leads
???? Matches job skills with applicant qualifications and refers qualified graduates to employers and conducts necessary follow-up with applicants.
???? Participates in outreach and recruitment activities by coordinating and attending job fairs
???? Provides labor market and community resource information to Career Services
???? Provide guidance, leadership and support to campuses to ensure meeting and/or exceeding career service goals.
???? Must have a reliable mode of transportation, valid driver?s license and car insurance
???? Other duties as assigned
